An international freight forwarding and logistics company is looking for someone with the right skills and competencies

to join its Co-loading (air-cargo) unit. If you have what it takes to fill the position, contact us on:

Descriptions

  • Key contact point for customers in attending to and addressing their enquiries and requests
  • Update the customers on new airlines' rates and information
  • Liaise with the airlines and strategic partners in obtaining competitive pricings, cargo spaces and solutions for business profitability
  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, primarily the operations to meet customers' service standards and delivery requirements
  • Assist the Co-loading Manager in managing the team and the daily activities

Requirements

  • 3 years of relevant experience working in air cargo and preferably in a supervisory position
  • Have a strong sense of urgency as well as leadership, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills, digital fluency, and learning agility

Working Hours (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

0830 hrs-1730 hrs (Monday-Friday)

0830 hrs-1230 hrs (Saturday: 2 Saturday-off each month)
