The Job
Prepare employment contracts in reference to hiring proposals, via either mail merge or transfer of information
Perform and ensure completion of entries in reference to hiring proposals.
Upload of required documents into front office, including but not limited to, NRIC / work pass card , employment contracts, service agreements, hiring proposals, onboard form etc.
Register associate with insurer / broker for entitled insurance
Timesheet / Leave
Validate required sign off based on internal alignment on timesheet to confirm leave has been verified by clients
Update in designated excel or Adecco Touch - Manual to track entitlement and balance if associates / clients are not on Adecco Touch – Self Serve
Provide leave record updates to associates upon queries, or during offboard phase to ensure closure
Ensure accurate tracking of government legislated leave, and liaising with Pay & Bill hub for claims, i.e. Government Paid Maternity Leave, Government Paid Childcare Leave etc
