Job Responsibilities:• Has overall shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant• Responsible for staff &amp; sales management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards, staff recruitment and execution of A&amp;P programmes• Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction• Create a sound and strong working relationship with all staff and help to develop their maximum potential• Involve, prepare pre-service meeting/roll call for staff• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements• Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep of the restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard• Responsible for the submission in a timely manner, all reports, schedules etc to the Asst/Area Operations Manager• Attend all meetings and training programs when requiredEducational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:• Diploma/‘O’ Level / Certificate in F&amp;B• At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in relevant fieldPersonal Attributes:• Able to work in a fast paced environment• Presentable and well groomed• Able to work under pressure• Service oriented and sales driven• Excellent leadership• Must be efficient and a problem solver• Computer-literate*Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Manger role.Other Information:• Job Type: Full Time, Permanent• Alternate 6 days work week (on 8 hours rotating shift plus 2 hours break)Please contact/SMS/WhatsApp for more details
