Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales team to achieve targets and provide good customer service for retention of existing customers
  • Actively engage new customers (some tele sales included, leads will be provided)
  • Be the first point of contact for new customers and scheduling appointments with senior sales staff
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops
  • Assist in event planning; booking of venues, updating managers and sales team on the event details, sending e-reminders to customers and keeping track of confirmation response
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls and emails
  • Provide basic administrative support

Job Requirements

  • 21 years old and above
  • Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
