⁃ Assist customer service emails
- receptionist duties
- booking candidates/appointments
- handling daily sales production
- handling office pantry
- customer service
- handle phone calls and reply to emails
- filing of documents
- excel reports on sales (data entry)
- ad hoc duties assigned by GM

• Singaporean
• Minimum N levels
• Multi-Tasker & Possess Strong Work Ethics
• Meticulous with paperwork
• Presentable
• Able to Start Immediately
• Able to attend interview within 2 working days
