Job duties:

• Preparation and baking of tarts according to recipe and SOPs
• To clearly identify and clear damaged tarts/stocks
• Assisting with the day to day running of the kitchen
• Communicate daily with central kitchen to replenish stocks/ingredients
• Basic piping and plating of toppings for tarts
• Upkeep the general cleanliness and condition of the kitchen

Candidates must posses:
