• Assist Clients at Client Centre with Digital Banking Functionalities
• Assist with testing with ASQ Frontliners with Digital Banking Functionalities
• Assist to attend to queries from DB from Frontliners (RMs + ARMs)
• Submit periodical reports on digital queries and feedback
• Execute Branch Digital Programs
