As Banquet Server, or Banquet Waiter, you are responsible for serving food (course by course) and beverages to guests at venues or catering events. Your duties include greeting guests, bringing them the correct drinks and dishes and refilling their beverages according to what the guests want. Clear the dish from each course before serving the next one. Be attentive to guests needs. At the end of the event, all tables should be cleared of all dishes and rubbish. Assist the banquet captain in any other ad-hoc duties as needed and to maintain good deposition.
