The Job

• Prepare employment contracts in reference to hiring proposals, via either mail merge or transfer of information
• Perform and ensure completion of entries in reference to hiring proposals.
• Upload of required documents into front office, including but not limited to, NRIC / work pass card , employment contracts, service agreements, hiring proposals, onboard form etc.
• Register associate with insurer / broker for entitled insurance
• Timesheet / Leave
• Validate required sign off based on internal alignment on timesheet to confirm leave has been verified by clients
• Update in designated excel or Adecco Touch - Manual to track entitlement and balance if associates / clients are not on Adecco Touch – Self Serve
• Provide leave record updates to associates upon queries, or during offboard phase to ensure closure
• Ensure accurate tracking of government legislated leave, and liaising with Pay & Bill hub for claims, i.e. Government Paid Maternity Leave, Government Paid Childcare Leave etc

As an Aviation Screening Officer, you are responsible for conducting security screening checks for air travellers and their belongings, while exhibiting the highest degree of vigilance and providing excellent customer service in a challenging environment. All duties are to be performed with accordance to the airport security guidelines. This position requires you to go through a specialised training.

Jobscope:

• Screening of passengers at designated zones
• Manual bag checks
• Usage of security screening equipment for screening purposes.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting owners and crews with yacht berthing and un-berthing
• Ensuring that boats in the marina are properly moored and tendered at all times
• Towing and line-handling with the marina workboat
• Checking berth occupancy and license validity, monitoring electricity and water usage
• Carrying out routine cleaning, repairs and maintenance
• Ensuring that marina users obey the Marina Rules
• Operation of the fuel dock when the Fuel Dock Attendant is absent
• Liaising with officials (e.g. Police, Customs, Immigration)
• Issuing keys and security passes, and monitoring security (including making security patrols at night)
• Maintaining and keeping up to date all diaries and other records
• Assisting with boat handling and boatyard operations (e.g. boat hoist)
• Assisting at special events, exhibitions and promotions
• Assisting the management and other staff in such other matters as may be reasonably required

• Should possess at least N/O Levels.
• Have a positive and cheerful deposition and open to work attitude
• Any relevant experience in related field or have the will to acquire
