  • Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets
  • Ability to story tell, share product knowledge and rituals to guests

Requirements:

The Beauty Advisor will deliver a consistent and exceptional service experience, provide luxurious facial treatments, contribute and achieve sales results.

This role plays an active part in the Store’s success by providing professional treatments and knowledgeable skincare advice whilst building a portfolio of Clients, with the aim to build meaningful and authentic Client relationships. Our dedicated Education Team will ensure you are trained across our product formulations and treatments from the time you begin with us and consistently throughout your career with RATIONALE.

This role requires a base knowledge of skin physiology and ingredients. In addition to your positive and enthusiastic nature, and passion for results-driven skincare, ideally you will hold:

•Primary/ Secondary, Professional Certificate/ NITEC, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma

•Previous experience as a Spa/ Facial Therapist (1+ years performing facials/ skin consultations)

•Previous experience in a luxury retail environment, cosmetics or skincare

•Able to display a genuine commitment to your Clients in achieving their skin goals

•Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organisation skills

•Actively participate in positively contributing to the culture of your team

  • Provide Quality Customer Experience to all staff / patrons.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to enquiries.
  • Identify and manage customers satisfaction.
  • Handle Lost & Found items / queries.
  • Conduct group water activities & games.
  • Assist with daily, weekly & monthly inspections and maintenance on activity equipment, fixtures and fittings.
  • To carry out and assume any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by Specialist Executive / Manager and Senior Management.
  • Perform first-line management of any crisis situation in the facility.
