Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic fitness instructor to join us and implement training programs for our members. The fitness instructor is responsible for accurately assessing clients at the start of their journey, compiling reports, and developing their fitness levels. They should be able to assist clients in reaching their goals, and have a passion and drive for health, wellness, and fitness

To be successful as a fitness instructor, you should stay up to date with the latest trends in the fitness industry and provide solutions to your client's fitness needs.

Job Responsibilities:

·Maintain a professional image and conduct befitting of fitness professional

·Provide professional exercise recommendations to members

·Proficient in the use and demonstration of gym equipment

·Demonstrate exercises to members

·Provide feedback to members on exercise techniques and fitness routines

·Design and administerappropriate programs tailored to the members’ needs and goals

·Achievemonthlyfitness salesand service KPIs/targets

·Ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

·Passionate about improving/enriching the life of others through fitness.

·Good sense of customer service, patience, responsibility and integrity.

·Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales KPIs and service.

·Able to commit to shift hours (Including weekends and public holidays)

·Candidates with recognized Personal Training qualification (ACE, FITSAF, FIC, BEC etc.) preferred but not a must.

Responsibilities

• To lead and supervise the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld
• Assist the Operations Manager to perform duties to execute marketing, operational plans, and any special restaurant functions·
• Able to handle guest feedback/complaints concerning food quality and service
• Ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
• Daily ensures the proper working condition of all outlet equipment and prepare equipment monitoring/defect list for repair and maintenance.
• Perform inventory and monitoring to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in restaurant/cafe for smooth operation
• Able to schedule and plan staffing/roster base on operational requirement of the outlet.
• Supervise and support the operations of at least two restaurants/café’s
• Able to function as customer relations and handle customer reservation system.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Min Diploma or equivalent to at least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management
• BS Degree in Business Administration; Hospitality Management or Culinary background is a plus
• Certificate of Basic Food Hygiene Course
• Strong communication, good interpersonal and management skills
• Passionate in providing excellent management and customer oriented
• Able to work independently and lead the team
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs
• Ability to spot and resolve problems/challenges efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks and ability to meet financial targets
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices

Purpose:

To manage the current leads database which focuses on fresh graduate recruitment for the company. The candidate would be providing support to the Project Manager, to ensure that the leads database are managed effectively and followed up to conversion.

Key responsibilities:

-Work closely with the Project Manager to consolidate the leads database. (i.e. Bookkeeping of student profiles, responses given to event invitations, and event attendance etc)

-Contacting fresh graduates using different channels (i.e. Calling / Texting / LinkedIn Outreach etc). This would be to invite them for workshops / events being organised

-Supporting the team for delivery of event logistics: venue booking, logistics, IT, food & beverage

-On-site attendance at events to ensure the events run smoothly

-Post-event support where necessary – e.g. consolidating contact information / follow up opportunities etc

Desired skills:

-Highly organised and meticulous especially when managing data

-Adaptable and able to handle tight deadlines, find creative solutions to troubleshoot issues

-Conscientious and detail oriented
