Responsibilities

Bookkeeping data entry for General Ledger module

Verify and process supplier invoices

Prepare monthly payment schedules and bank reconciliations

Coordinate with colleagues and clients for projects

Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation

Assist in month end closing

Answering phone calls

Co-personal assistant to Director

Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
-
Diploma in Accounting or a relevant field

0 to 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply

Proficient in Excel and MS Word

Good communication skills

Good work attitude; self-motivated; willing to learn
