💼Job Description

- Help promote product and drive user acquisition and retention by participating in offline community events and roadshow activations

- Help drive user acquisition and retention through other channels, including but limited to friend's referral, social media or self-directed events.

- Participate company's marketing campaign and provide trustworthy feedback and cooperate with various teams to achieve the company sales

goals

- Undergoing regular training to understand product and marketing campaign/ incentive to effectively promote and drive user acquisitions

📝Job Requirements

- At least 2 years of related working experience as a brand ambassador or any position involving offline customer engagement.

- Familiar with offline sales and customer engagement and great with verbal communication

- Results-oriented , self-motivated , with strong interpersonal skill

- Willing to work on part time capacity ( 15 hours+ per week ) between different location in Singapore and be comfortable with weekend shifts

- Familiar with financial products and service is a plus

- English speaking fluency is a must , Chinese speaking fluency is a plus

Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you can expect lots of fun and challenges during your course of work! You get to interact with people from all walks of life, introducing our products to them, suggesting how our products can improve their quality of life by having our products at their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The sales promoter is responsible to promote and educate on the features and benefits of Sterra products to customers.
  • Convert the customers and close the sale
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Track daily sales records and feedback on customers’ feedback/issue
  • Provide product information and answer to customers’ inquiries.
  • Ensure area is tidy and neat to uphold brand and product image
  • To serve all customers in a professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer experience
  • Stock check every morning
  • Request of replenishment of stocks for roadshows
  • Promote and educate customers about Sterra products.
  • Convert customers and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Track daily sales and collect customer feedback to address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide accurate product information and answer customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized area to uphold the brand image.
  • Serve customers professionally and deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Perform stock checks every morning.
  • Request replenishment of stocks for roadshows.

Requirements:

  • Prior F2F sales experience is a must. Experience in home appliances, home and living industry is a plus.
  • Strong proven track record of high closing rates.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset.
  • Must be a proactive team player
  • Fast learner in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to converse in Mandarin is a plus

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to work on weekends, including public holidays
  • Willing to work overtime when required.

Working Schedule: 11am to 9pm, 5 days work week, compulsory 1 working weekend. Rest days are flexible.
