Roles & Responsibilities

  • Out-reach to sustainable pipeline of clienteles/lead via engagement initiatives to drive demand for SHRM programmes
  • Handle inbound lead/enquiries, setting up meeting and propose training solutions for candidates or corporate customers
  • Manage and promote new solutions to new/existing partner
  • Candidate matching with hiring employer
  • Identify client challenges and recommend a suitable solution
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by the HOD


  • 2 years of Sales or Business Development experience (Prefer in Education/Training or Recruitment industry, but not a must)
  • High resilience with a positive mindset and a solution-focused approach
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Target driven and able to work well in a team
  • Good time management and positive mind-set
  • Willing to learn attitude
