The Business Development Associate will be an integral part of the sales team. Be part of a high-performing team developing and implementing effective business management strategies to achieve established business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involve in developing and maintaining cooperation with platforms, marketing companies, and other business-related partners
  • Participate in drawing up business development and strategic plans of the company
  • Perform market analysis and research to gain insight into market competition and trends
  • Build up marketing, branding and communication tools to increase saliency and visibility of company; ensure consistent communications and brand image to the public.
  • Build strong collaborative working relationships with all members of a team and management

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline (Business/Marketing will be an advantage!)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising
  • Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic growth environment.
