  • Scouting and selection of suitable candidates that will drive the expansion of our group.
  • Setting up and conducting of initial selection interviews to filter candidates.

  • Generate business strategies to further expand the group.
  • Developing of marketing tools to aid in recruitment,

Training and Development

  • Providing the resources to adequately train newly on-boarded representatives.
  • Ensuring new representatives are on track with the training schedule.
  • Develop training materials new representatives.


·Generate weekly and monthly report

·Taking of monthly meeting(s) minutes

·Distribution of group mails

·On-boarding process for new representative

·Other Ad-hoc


·Experience in Financial Industry is an advantage.

·Good interpersonal skills in liaison with potential candidate.

·Able to work closely with Director and Managers to drive recruitment in expanding the team & development the business growth.

·Promises and able to perform under time line.

·People-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.

·Adept with usage of Microsoft Office.
