We are looking for a Manager, Business Development to join our team. This role will identify and secure new business opportunities as well as lead relationship development for key clients (eg. Corporate MNCs, Recruitment Agencies).
This role will require you to be both data and relationship-driven, with strong business acumen to understand clients’ needs and to identify key value propositions.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain a pipeline of new business through proactive outreach, managing high volume of cold leads and targeted account mappings
· Ability to navigate large corporate organizations, network, and sell within varied layers of an organization
· Identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base and explore new revenue conversations on new and existing products and services.
· Create strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior leaders
· Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Tech
Candidate Profile:
· Highly customer-focused individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with proven sales track record
· Existing Relationship / Network with Enterprises / Agencies a plus
· Highly motivated and innovative individual
· Self-starter, independent, organized with strong business acumen
· Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
· A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
· The individual will have a hunter mentality and should possess some of these traits: Innovative, Motivating, Enjoys Selling and have Excellent Communication Skills with a never give up attitude
