Job Description

-Consistently meet the targets set without compromising the quality of customer service

-To maintain professional & good conduct in dealing with customers & fellow CSOs.

-Properly address customer's needs and advise accordingly.

-Liaise with other teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.

-Ensure correct documentation, notification, tracking, escalation and follow up of all incidents.

-Perform outbound calls to users when required

Job Requirements

2. ✅Possess background in customer facing role (either front/backend)

3. ✅Able to work morning and evening shift

4. ✅Flexible in work deployment when required.
