Job Description
-Consistently meet the targets set without compromising the quality of customer service
-To maintain professional & good conduct in dealing with customers & fellow CSOs.
-Properly address customer's needs and advise accordingly.
-Liaise with other teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
-Ensure correct documentation, notification, tracking, escalation and follow up of all incidents.
-Perform outbound calls to users when required
Job Requirements
