Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service over the telephone and webchat
• Identify cross sell opportunities
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve customer satisfaction

Minimum Requirement:

• Atleast have call center customer service experience
• Demonstrate good communication skills
• 5 day work week (Shift timing, morning and afternoon shift)
