Call Centre / Customer Service Officer 117704

• Min. 2 months and above
• Scheduled 5 days, Rotating 830am to 6pm & 1230pm to 1030pm (+$6/day)
• $10-12 per hour
• West / East (PM for more details)

Job Scope:

• Attend to customer service hotline and provide first level support
• Follow up with outstanding cases
• Provide quality services to customers over the phone and email
• Communicate and understand customer needs in order to resolve their issue

Requirements:

• Singaporeans only
• Min. GCE ‘N’ Level and above
• Able to commit on weekends and Public Holiday
