Job Scope:

Attend to customer service hotline and provide first level support

Follow up with outstanding cases

Provide quality services to customers over the phone and email

Communicate and understand customer needs in order to resolve their issue
Requirements:

Singaporeans only

Min. GCE ‘N’ Level and above

Able to commit on weekends and Public Holiday
