Basic $ 2800 - $ 3000 + Bonus + Incentives

Mon to Thurs ( 8.30am - 6pm ) | Fri till 5.30pm

Duties:

- To introduce, describe and answer questions about the company services.

- Resolving issues and explaining instructions to callers.

- Delivering information about a company's offerings.

- To navigate through the website, teach caller how to navigate the website.

- Handling customer complaints, collecting and analyzing customer feedback.

Requirements:

- Min GCE 'O' or 'A' ;evel.

- Preferably with 1-2 years of contact centre experiences.

- Singaporeans only.

- No job hoppers.
