Job Description:

~ cashier duties - complete transactions accurately and efficiently

~ excellence in customer service

~ informing Supervisor/Manager on customer's feedback

~ ensure outlet is clean and organized

~ applying F&B techniques and serve with enthusiasm

~ anticipates any guest needs, follow up promptly and tactfully

~ carries out duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor/Manager where necessary

~ follows strictly to Standard Operating Procedures concerning hygiene, health and safety in the outlet.

~ rotational utensils washing.

~ Chinese & Basis English.
