• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (10am to 7pm)

• Location: Tampines

Job Scope:

· Assist to do follow-up calls for drivers

· Answering phone calls regarding car rental

· Assist with contract signing

· Recommend car rental package to customer

· All other ad-hoc duties assigned

· Having Excel skills is an advantage

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication skills

• Possess critical thinking, able to keep cool and solve problems under complex situations

• Independent & disciplined, able to work under minimal supervision
