Job Description

• Welcome and attend to the customer providing an excellent one-stop experience at all times

• Maintain and develop client relationships through an individual approach

• Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs

• Prove Brand and product knowledge

• Ensure and maintain the showroom and visual display

• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the manager when necessary

• Report to the Sales Manager regarding reviews, analyses, objectives and planned activities

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/O Level in any field

• Required to speak English and Mandarin to speak to Mandarin-speaking customer

• Only Singaporean

• Mature with excellent communication and interpersonal skill

• Can-do attitude and self-motivated, be a good team player

• Energetic, enthusiastic character with a passion for the automotive industry

• With a positive mind to adapt to the dynamic environment
