Job Scope:

• Assist surgeons in facilitating the coordination of pre-operative and post-operative workflow of all surgery patients.
• Prepare and educate patients on what happens before, during and after surgery
• Answer patient queries on the surgery
• Coordinate pre-admission planning and provide counselling to patients and relatives.
• Collaborate closely with different departments and surgeons to ensure seamless patient coordination for clinic visits and procedures
• Assist surgeons to keep track of workload numbers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree, preferably in healthcare management / nursing or equivalent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using MS office
• No experience needed as training will be provided
