CDP/ COMMIS COOK / FULL TIME / PART-TIME 120896

Rise & Grind Grill is new halal western concept eatery started by Rise & Grind Group. We are currently hiring full-time CDP and commis cook.

Location: Hougang Rivercourt, Hougang and Oasis Terraces, Punggol

Working Hours : 5-day work week / 44 hours per week

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of raw ingredients for the day’s operations

- Assisting the chefs in preparing food for the day’s orders

- Sorting and storing of food items

- Maintaining inventory of stock in the kitchen

- Ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of kitchen equipment

- Adhering to government mandated hygiene standards at all times

- Ensuring that the work stations are clean and hygienic at all times

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience would be advantageous

- Ability to work in a team and independently

- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
