Job Responsibilities
· Manage and escort vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, as well as maintaining vendor relationships. (e.g. pest control, landscape, ACMV servicing)
· Scheduling regular maintenance of the equipment to ensure that it remains in good working order (e.g. AED servicing, change of water filter, and improvement works)
· Carry out daily site walks and inspections, including follow up on defects.
· Ensure HSE compliance throughout the office space.
· Support workplace related logistics.
· Collaborate with ETS and AV to ensure all AV equipment within the office space is working well. Report any issues immediately.
· Events set up and tear down.
· First responder to any issues reported by users and will manage the ticketing system accordingly.
· Support Reception, Mailroom, and Concierge tasks as required
· Administrative duties, ensure drawings and documents are updated.
· Other duties as assigned by the manager
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required
● Diploma in Facilities Management or its equivalent, would be beneficial
● Experienced in hard services FM of an office.
● Computer literate in Google and slack systems
● Excellent time management and teamwork skills
