- Receive and replenish grocery items in the store accordingly

- Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring efficient goods flow and accurate inventory count

- Lead and guide other pickers on daily work allocation

- Adhere to workplace and food safety regulations


- Tech Savvy or comfortable with working with mobile devices, laptops and other forms of digital communication

- Comfortable with handling non-halal food items such as pork and alcohol

As a Passenger and Baggage Screening Officer, you are responsible for conducting security screening checks for air travellers and their belongings, while exhibiting the highest degree of vigilance and providing excellent customer service in a challenging environment. All duties are to be performed with accordance to the airport security guidelines. This position requires you to go through a specialised training.


  • Screening of passengers at designated zones

Job Description

  • Provide daily team support, enquiry assistance and procedures, from hardware to software management (i.e. Figma) to the maintenance of design assets
  • Plan and coordinate various design events, from minor design workshops to complex out-of-office events
  • Make arrangements for meetings, presentations, training, and events to be organised
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for department leaders
  • Assists administrative aspects of the department, such as maintenance of the travel expense tracker, new hires onboarding and vendor sourcing management
  • Assist the Design Producers in ensuring that all aspects of project coordination and planning are attended to for on-time completion
  • Help ensure projects are running smoothly on schedule, highlight any blockers and dependencies to avoid interruptions, manage timely project communications updates and resolve conflicting priorities
