🎠 Working Hours: 7-8 hours per day (44hrs work week) 6 days on rotational shift

🎠 Location: Various Attraction Sites & Carnival in Central Area (Zoo/Sentosa/Marina Bay Sands)

🎠 Earn up to $1900/- month!

🎠 No experience required as training will be provided

Job scope:

🎪Interact with tourist & visitors

🎪Assist customers for photo taking sessions at various attraction sites

🎪Edit/crop and checking of photos before print

🎪No OT/No Sales Required

Requirements:

🎪Able to commit on weekends & Public Holiday

• Provide technical support in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work on CCTV cameras and backend systems

• Attend to service requests from customers promptly and professionally

• Act as single point of contact for all customer enquiries

• Liaise with relevant parties and users on the repairs and adjustments of cameras

• Carry out on-site equipment installation, testing and commissioning as required

• Liaise with principals or suppliers for spare parts

• Work with principals, suppliers, system engineers to resolve technical issues

• Conduct product demonstration to customers

• Candidate will be scheduled for on-call support rotation

Requirements:

• NITEC in Security Technology/Security Systems Integration/Electronics Engineering will be added advantage

• Class 3 Driving License will be added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct check and ensure all facilities on common areas are in good working conditions

- Change lights and trouble shoot any electrical or mechanical problems on the property

- Carry out minor plumbing, building works, air-con maintenance etc

- Supervise the cleaners, security guards, gardeners, etc

- Supervise the work carried out by the service contractors such as the lift, fire protection, pest control.

- Supervise and check renovation contractors that no illegal works are carried out by owners/residents

- Attend to any emergency at site after office hours

- Attend to owners/resident’s complaints

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in residential buildings.
