Looking for Clinic Assistant for a GP Clinic!

Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon-Fri & Sunday, Clinic Hours (Sat & PH Off)

Job Description:

- Demonstrate care, empathy and professional front line customer service

- Facilitate registration for walk-in patients

- Updating of patient particulars in the system

- Attend to appointment scheduling requests

- Dispensing of medication and cashiering duties

- Assist in treatment and medical examination, chaperone the doctor when needed

- Assist in administrative duties

- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Min A Level/NITEC/Diploma in Health Services Management or Customer Service related fields

- Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude

- Those with customer service experience will have advantage

- Comfortable working in healthcare setting & working on shifts
