Assist to make traveling arrangement for Directors (Eg. booking air ticket, hotel, restaurant etc)

Coordinate with banker, property agent, tenant for property related matters

Candidate must be bilingual (strong command in English and Mandarin to communicate in Chinese with clients)

Sourcing and procurement of goods across all departments in HQ.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure best deals achieving competitive pricing

Arranging of logistics for ad-hoc and weekly deliveries

Monitor incoming deliveries to various locations (including warehouse)

Stock taking at HQ office and liaising with outlet staffs and managers for outlet stock orders

Data entry and monitor stocks

Undertaken any other ad-hoc coordination and administrative assignments assigned by Supervisor where necessary

Any other ad-hoc corporate admin related matter
