Job Responsibilities

• Plan workflow, brief and delegate work to teammates


• Perform splicing works in MDF rooms, telecom riser and joint closures


• Test and troubleshoot fibres using testing equipment (e.g., OTDR.)


• Identify colour codes of fibre cores; read and understand assigned splicing schemes


• Lead and organize time to accomplish assigned works within target schedule


• Coordinate with on-site supervisor and colleagues


• Supervise overall assigned works and report project progress to superiors


• Ferry team to designated location


• Maintain assigned equipment and vehicle


• Perform other adhoc duties assigned by superior

Job Requirements

1. Able to speak simple English to communicate with teammates, customers and building management personnel


2. Class 3 driving license


3. Meticulous and responsible
