Providing consular and customer services.
Manage queries via phone calls & emails.
Assist and meet with members of public
Perform other assigned duties.
Provide secretarial functions and administrative support at events when required
Good command of spoken and written English. Additional knowledge of languages will be an advantage
Experience in secretarial and customer service
Good interpersonal skills
Experienced in computer/MS office applications
13 th month bonus (depending on work performance), transport allowance and medical insurance provided
