Job Scope

-To expand and develop the business market share and be entirely responsible for your candidates and sales pipeline

-Handle recruitment and search fulfillment, under local context and possiblyregional coverage.

-To assure that 100% service delivery to meet economic and technical buyers of client.

-Make regular visits to clients’ HQ office and other premises to meet hiring managers, gather feedback and ensure good customers satisfaction.

-Ensure that issues faced are resolved within good turnaround time, and escalated to reporting in-charge with solutions in place.

-In charge of cold-calling and business development for new clients
