Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, deal with guest enquiries from multiple channels eg from Email, Facebook, Wechat and Whatsapp Messaging channels via a centralized platform
  • Handle guest enquiries, understand guest requirement and reply guest enquiries/feedback on a timely basic
  • Follow up on customer outstanding enquiries
  • Support Company’s ongoing projects
  • Potentially may include onsite support at dedicated location
  • Any others ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager in-charge

Requirements:

  • Contract, must be able to commit till March 2022
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Professional Certificate/NiTEC
  • Customer oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)

Working Hours:

5 days work week, between Monday to Sunday (including PH)

10 am to 7 pm (1hr break)
