Job Description

Service

• Perform daily operation tasks (including but not limited to, taking orders, cashiering, consolidation of daily sales, serving food & beverages and attend to reservation phone calls)

• Provide excellent customer service at all time and ability to handle feedback

• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, appearance and deportment at all time

• Ensure compliance to Company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as the cleanliness and sanitation at work areas

• Assist with Food and Drinks preparations.

• To perform opening and closing duties

• Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Kitchen

• Responsible for cooking and food preparation in a timely manner and according to the established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

• Ensure compliance to food safety, highest quality of food and hygiene standards at all times

• Ensuring that the kitchen is up to safety and cleanliness standard

• Cleaning of food preparation areas and kitchen equipment & ad hoc duties assigned

• Responsible for assisting in the preparation of food items
• Prepare all food items as in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Assists in the development and planning of menus
• Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation to assure consistency.
• Responsible for stock taking of ingredients, and supplies and within the section of work.
• Ensures that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen’s Hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures.
• Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times
• Maintain food safety, workplace safety & sanitation
• Understand and know the proper usage all equipment and responsible for cleanliness & maintenance of them, otherwise to follow manuals and instructions set by kitchen team and management
• Work well under pressure during peak hours to assist kitchen team to prepare and deliver quality food items according to Company's quality standards and SOP
• Enjoys working in a team and a dynamic environment
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Salary negotiable based on experience

Comfortable with flexible work schedule, to work 36hrs or 32hrs a week including Saturday mornings andsome weekday evenings, based on team roster

• Responsible for educating parents on company healthcare products
• Responsible for converting potential customers to leads
• To set appointments for sales department to follow up and pre-sales confirmation

• Minimum N Level and 1 year of sales or customer service
• Approachable and friendly- enjoy communicating with people from all walks of life and have great interpersonal skills
• Resilient to be able to handle rejections
• Must be able to handle physical exertion- able to stand and walk for long periods of time

• Prepare food in accordance to standards established and ensure consistency in quality and presentation at all times.
• Ensure that all mise-en-place is prepared according to production plan.
• Check and ensure adequate provisions of ingredients, working equipment, inventory and supplies, etc. for smooth daily operation of the restaurant.
• Check the quality of raw and cooked food products, as well as their storage, handling and usage.
• Assist in monthly inventory counts and proper recording of food wastage.
• Ensure all equipment is being maintained and cleaned regularly.
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards in kitchen.
• Be aware and ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are strictly adhered to.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least F&B Certificate in Culinary Arts with minimum 2 years of experience on Western cuisine.
• Positive service mindset and willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
