Develop CRM engagement strategies with CRM team, Product Managers, Data Analytics to create meaningful customer experiences and drive acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Create a compelling CRM product vision and roadmap that best facilitates the CRM engagement strategies with best-in-class martech solutions. This requires a deep understanding of the CRM strategy and a wide appreciation of marketing technologies.
Evangelize the CRM product roadmap vertically (C-levels) and horizontally (stakeholders including Product Managers, Data Engineers etc) to bring the vision to fruition.
Collaborate with CRM Regional and Local teams to translate their campaign/customer journeys into scalable blueprints on martech platforms. This would require a deep understanding of the platform’s functionalities.
Develop customer data strategies by collaborating with Data Analytics and Data Engineering to ingest and transform rich customer data, to deliver intelligent communications that understands how customers best.
Ensure high level of CRM operationality via monitoring process management and reporting, while pushing for fixes with Product Managers within areas of issues.
Maintain strong vendor relationships via close collaboration with vendors on CRM product roadmap and strategy.
Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
4 years of experience in CRM, marketing technologies or marketing automation.
Prior experience working with Marketing Technologies (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Braze etc) to translate business requirements to technical requirements.
Ability to galvanize people and actions by managing projects/ stakeholders effectively and can communicate succinctly to achieve the necessary buy-ins and outcomes.
Knowledge in HTML, CSS, SQL, Excel
Knowledge in Python/R is a plus.
