As a Project Executive, you will be provided On-the-Job Training and will be responsible for completing engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.

Job Scope

• Installation, testing & commissioning of the equipment.
• Preparation of technical submittals for approval.
• Assist Project Manager on off-site meetings pertaining to technical & system issues.
• Ensure tools are kept properly and documentation updated.
• Coordinate with relevant departments or Contractors to ensure all installation works is completed and sure inspection with clients & consultant representatives are completed as per schedule.
• Ensure pumps and systems are in accordance to approval, requirements and conformance to company’s standards.
• Prepare Method of Statements, Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals for Projects
• Coordinate with relevant departments or Contractors to ensure all testing and commissioning on site is completed as per schedule.
• Design corrective actions to mitigate scope and schedule creeps.
• Establish progress claims as per site status and obtain client’s agreement for billing purposes.
• Ensure compliance to the Workplace Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned..

Job Requirement

• Possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant working experience on water, wastewater pumping system, treatment and industrial/building commercial project execution is a bonus.
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with all levels
• Meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently
• Experience with Microsoft/AutoCAD /BIM will be an added advantage.

We have an opening for a Logistic Assistant to be based in our Singapore office/warehouse (Changi Area) with 5 days work week, 9am – 6pm daily work hours, alternate week standby duties with allowance.

The job responsibilities include,

• Collection and delivery of goods
• Stock take, cycle count and inventory management
• Quality inspection
• Coordinating inbound and outbound goods from/to other countries
• Data entry of goods information to computer systems
• Packing, loading and unloading of goods
• Ensuring documentation of goods are in order
• Performing general house-keeping duties
• Assisting in other errands and daily operation activities

The ideal candidates should,

• Have a minimum of ‘N’ level qualification
• Be able to read and write in English
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Preferably possess own transport
• Be physically fit
• Be familiar with roads within Singapore
• Have basic operating knowledge of MS Office
• Have pleasant personality and be able to work under pressure
• Be able to start work immediately or within short notice
• Have an advantage if possess knowledge in logistics / warehousing or relevant field
