Job Requirement:

Minimum GCE N or O Levels or equivalent.

At least 1 years of experience in a Call Center environment.

Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

Basic IT knowledge and data entry skills.

Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift, (Morning, Night).

4 days work week on rotating off days.

Job Description:
-
Answer incoming calls from customers pertaining to roadside recovery assistance & EV charger issues.
-
Dispatch recovery teams to customer site in a timely manner.
-
Follow up and coordinate between customer and recovery team.
-
Provide information to customer (eg, towing fees, battery change fees, EV charging rate etc).
-
Provide technical support to customer on automotive related issues.
-
Monitoring of workshop operations.
-
Manage and resolve customer queries.
-
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
-
Route calls to appropriate resources.
-
Complete call logs and reports.
-
Other duties assigned by Superior and Managers.
