Role Description


This role reports to the Assistant Manager (Customer Engagement). Your role is to provide group level service support to all group entities and ensure group level service satisfaction.




Specific Responsibilities


- Handle general enquiries including feedback, media and partnerships


- Handle and resolve service issues by clarifying concerns and seeking resolution


- Providing solutions and feedback to improve group service levels


- Handle customer database through our CRM


- Present service offerings, brands and facilities to media and potential partners


- Provide administrative support to the assistant manager




Competencies


- Ability to communicate internally and externally to identify root cause of problems


- Ability to present and share about the company and our brands


- Familiarity with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)




Duration of Traineeship/Attachment


- 6 Months (satisfactory performance will lead to full-time roles with additional benefits)




Approved Training Allowance


Fresh Graduates - $2100


Non-Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2100


Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $2600




Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship


This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a Poly Diploma Qualification. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply
