• Acquire new clients & maintain existing customers
• Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets
• Assist in membership registration
• Report any discrepancies on the merchandisers
• Advise customers by providing information on products
• Data entry - admin duties
• Assist to provide aftersales services and follow-up with clients
• Create win-win solutions for clients, establishing long-term partnerships
• Inventory management - good with numbers
• Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
