We are looking for outgoing and self-motivated individuals to join our Customer Service and Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to enquiries received by clients and stakeholders
  • Assist in handling clients through the documentation and administrative work
  • Prepare relevant sales and feedback reports
  • Administrative support to sales team by drafting proposals

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma (Preferbally in Marketing/Business or related)
  • Relevant working experience would be an advantage (we welcome fresh grads as well!)
  • Good personality with good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Customer-oriented with positive attitude
