Seeking a customer service executive to manage our client database. Reporting to our Director, this role is responsible for managing our existing client relationships within the building industry. You’ll be directly assisting the director in preserving and expanding our customer base.
Job Scope:
1. Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
2. Able to handle admin and payment matters with the customers/clients.
3. Create marketing materials to send them to our customers / clients
Job Requirement
- Willing to learn (Training will be provided on the product line).
- Meticulous in detail
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the construction industry (optional)
- Good communication skills to interact with clients
