Job Title/Roles: Customer Service Executive (Bishan /Marymount)
We are the Service Centre for the following Brands of household home appliances
Brands: Tefal / Krups / WMF / Kenwood / Delonghi / Braun
Appliances under this Brands: Coffee Machine / Blender / Mixer / Food processors /Bread Maker / Hairdryer / Oven / Iron / Kettle / Rice Cooker / Steam Cooker etc.
- Working hours Mon-Fri: 9.00am-6.00pm. Sat: 9.00am to 1.00pm
- Lunch break: 1.00pm – 2.00 pm
- Public Holiday: Closed
- No over time (leave office at 6.00pm sharp)
- Working under the leadership of the Service Supervisor.
- Require to take instructions and orders from both the Service and Spare Parts Supervisor
- Assisting the walk in customers.
- Maintain all records of repairs and fixes
- Maintain repair report and advice customer to come to collect their repair items
- Maintain all platforms together with the Service Supervisor and complete most of the relevant task for the company.
- Maintain clean work place environment
- Offer timely report
Interested Candidate do look out the following requirement for this role:
- Having some knowledge in electronics products background usage, especially small homeappliances.
However, on the job training on usage of household appliances will be provided.
- Strong Communication skill and quick thinking
- Be able work independently and also cooperate with team.
- Knowledge of some Microsoft excel and relevant program (training will be provided).
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Seniors above 50 years old with customer service experience are most welcome.
- We also welcome Malaysian, China and Asian Citizen Currently in Singapore. (No oversea interview)
- Probation period for 3 months.
