- Attend to call in enquiries and order processing
- Respond to customer emails.
- Follow up on customer’s orders and enquiries
- Pick order when necessary
- Manage WhatsApp
- Perform any other admin work as assigned by company
- Min ‘N’ / ‘O’ levels or ITE Nitec in Business Studies
- Initiative and independent, helpful and courteous
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills, responsible and a team player.
