Job Description

  • Responsible for assisting the Transport Manager and Logistics Executive in managing the assigned customer operations.
  • Coordinate with Transport Manager and Logistics Executive to ensure customer’s orders are delivered correctly and on time.
  • Provide customer service support on delivery operations issues.
  • Updating of company transport management system
  • Submit daily reports on a timely basis according to customer’s requirements
  • Prepare monthly billing to customers
  • Investigate root-cause of delivery incidents and service failures, make recommendation to Management for improvements
  • Involve in related IT/ process improvement projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Polytechnic Diploma/BA degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English and preferably Mandarin as well.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Experience working in a customer service focused environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Your unique personality! A great sense of humor is an advantage.
