Customer Service Officer (Medical Centre) - Immediate start 124424

You shall be responsible to:

• Provide immediate response to client’s enquiries and concerns over the phone
• Resolve client dissatisfactions by initiating a thorough investigation of complaint, evaluates findings, and responds quickly to clients
• Resolve discrepancies in reports by consulting with other staff
• Assesses problem resolution for future applicability and forward to appropriate quality assurance individual.
• Pursue referenced test result to satisfy client needs and requests
• Print, prepare and distribute patient reports for delivery
• Perform data entry role when scheduled/assigned
• May be rotated to other shifts as necessary
• Assist with other database building activities when necessary
