Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Member Counter / Concierge.

Handle general enquiries over the counter or via phone calls.

Liaise with operations team on facility maintenance.

Registration of members and guests using the facilities and issuance of tags.

Maintain daily inventory of towels at the Member Counter and prepare items for laundry collection

Able to process payments and tally all transactions made for the day and ensure errors are amended and accountable for by the end of the shift/day.

Assist with Membership enquiries, facility booking and event registration etc.

Conduct facility tours from time to time.

Performs Public Announcement (PA) when required

Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job requirements:

Able to work 2 to 3 days per week

Able to work on rotating shift - morning & afternoon
-
Able to work on Sat/Sun and Public holidays
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be pleasant and service oriented.
