Singapore top hair & scalp wellness brand 40 years in the industry. With more than 7 outlets in Singapore, we are looking to build a strong frontline service team.

Job scope:

• Basic reception duties, answering phone calls
• Resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ enquires
• Confirming appointments for customers
• Uphold positive brand image
• Escalate customers issues when necessary
• Require to be bilingual in Mandarin Chinese due to client requirement
