Job Description

• Assist to follow up with Unit Checks in estate
• Assist the main contractor on handover processes between homeowners as well as serve as a third party
• Main point of contact/support for Residents regarding feedbacks/complains
• Ensure homeowners/residents complains are met and resolved with the support of external parties
• Main point of contact between external partie
